# MCP tools

> Six explicit RISOS actions.

* `ask_risos` — answer from current intelligence; `research:read`.
* `start_research_job` — start one structured Product job; `research:write`.
* `inspect_research_job` — inspect progress and the current deliverable; `research:read`.
* `explore_risos` — rank current intelligence without starting Research; `research:read`.
* `manage_monitor` — list/get with `monitor:read`, create/update with `monitor:write`.
* `create_report` — snapshot an existing Deliverable or Project; `research:write`.

Every session also requires `mcp:use`.
